The Legacy Company have assisted me and my family with a number of services including Will Writing, Power of Attorney arrangements and various property issues. Have used TLC services on two separate occasions over a period of several years- once for their Will writing services and more currently to set up Lasting Powers of Attorneys for my family. On each occasion the service provided by the company representative (James Mc) has been first class taking account of my financial circumstance and personal wishes, with practical advice being offered (but not forced) to protect legacies to potential beneficiaries. Very prompt and quick response to the most minor of queries. Excellent value for money.

Making a Will and LPA is obviously never going to be an enjoyable experience, but James took us through everything that we needed to do with a nice light friendly touch - including some humour 🙂 He explained all of the legal jargonese in easy to understand terms, and took us through all of the paperwork in a very concise way. (Thumbs up for the 'one pen' rule James) I would definitely recommend the Legacy Company.
